A couple who allegedly abandonded their dog when they moved away from Anderson has been arrested and charged with neglect of an animal. Cory Hall and Stephanie Anderson moved from South Wayne Street last September, leaving behind a black Lab. A neighbor called police. When called by police, Hall told the chief he left the dog because he thought a neighbor wanted the dog.
