Funeral arrangements for a police officer killed in the line of duty are set for early next week. Services for Howard County Deputy Carl Koontz are scheduled at Northwestern High School in Kokomo. Visitation is Monday from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. and his funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Koontz will be laid to rest at Albright Cemetery in Kokomo.
