A man who has been in jail in Madison County since December on armed robbery charges has been released after prosecutors say they had the wrong man. 30-year-old Kevin Griffith was a suspect in a September break-in. He was apparently misidentified by Anderson Police Department investigators and the Judge Mark Dudley dismissed the charges against him.
