One person is dead after being struck by a train in Anderson. It happened in the 2000 block of Ohio Avenue at 10:30 Tuesday morning. Police say the victim was not carrying any identification at the time, but he has been identified as 43-year-old Preston Glen Williams of Anderson. He’s the second pedestrian struck by a train in recent days. On Saturday, a 33-year-old man received serious injuries after being struck in the 3400 block of South Scatterfield.
