Homicide–in the Henry County Jail: That’s the ruling of the Marion County Coroner. Inmate Brian Gosser had injuries “covering his body”, indicating that he may have been involved in a fight at the jail. He was transferred to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis–where he died Friday night. State Police, the sheriff’s department and New Castle Police are investigating.
