A Muncie man was arrested early Monday for an alleged attack on his roommate in January. The victim was afraid to cooperate with police for fear of the man, who’s now identified as 31-year-old Nicholas Smith. He reportedly fought with the victim and cut his throat with a box cutter, then stealing the man’s cash, phone and other property. Smith is in Delaware County jail.
