Indiana State Police arrested a man after a traffic stop last night for failing to signal a turn on 14th Street. He was driving with a suspended license and allegedly had drugs in the car. 33-year-old Sherwin Lester was arrested for having oxycodone and marijuana and later was released on bond. He has previous convictions for similar charges.
