A 27-year-old Muncie mom is in trouble with police, charged with neglect of a dependent after she allegedly smoked weed near her toddler. Amanda Snodgrass is charged with possession and reckless possession of paraphernalia. She has previous convictions for theft and conversion. Snodgrass is in Delaware County jail with an $8,000 bond.
