It’s a year of home detention for an Anderson woman after she pleaded guilty to fraud and theft charges. 44-year-old Deanna D. Noland admitted to taking around $2,500 belonging to a blind man for whom she was caring. Nolan pleaded guilty to felony fraud and theft.
