Tuesday, March 8, from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. is National Pancake Day. Here’s how you can get a complimentary short stack of buttermilk pancakes. In return for the free flapjacks, you’re asked to make a voluntary $5 donation for Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health. Participating local IHOP stores include the East 53rd Street location in Anderson, the Chadam Lane store in Muncie and in Marion on South Western Avenue. All pancake money raised goes to Riley.
