A 26-year-old man from Chicago remains in the Grant County jail this morning. Deangelo Evans is accused of driving the vehicle that struck four Manchester University students along I-69 early Sunday; killing three. He is charged with three counts of operating while intoxicated causing death, one count of operating resulting in serious bodily injury, and three counts of reckless homicide. He is being held on a $300,000 bond.
