Subway pitchman Jared Fogle has asked the court to shorten his 15-year prison sentence for paying for sex with underage girls and child porn. His attorney says the judge abused her authority when she gave Fogle a prison sentence that is three years longer than the prosecutors agreed to. They’re asking the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago to throw out the prison term and order resentencing.
