He was sentenced on Monday. Less than 24 hours later, he was back in jail. 21-year-old Jacob Crisler was sentenced on two misdemeanor counts in Muncie City Court Monday and hours later, the 21-year-old Farmland man was placed in the Randolph County jail on battery accusations. He posted bond and was released. An initial hearing is set for Wednesday in Randolph Superior Court.
