There’s still no official word why a new Muncie SNOW plow caught fire in the city garage when it hadn’t been running for several days. Street Superintendent Duke Campbell has said he believes it involved the $140,000 truck’s electrical system. They have an insurance adjuster and an investigator working on solving this one.
