Near Hagerstown, a 52-year-old grandfather and his 4-year-old granddaughter died in a house fire. Officials say the victims have been identified as Michael and Jenna Dale. The blaze, just south of SR 38, was called in at around 1:00am Wednesday and firefighters were still on the scene at 8 a.m. The state fire marshal is trying to determine the cause.
