No Appeal For Anderson Man

An appeal by an Anderson man who was convicted of child exploitation won’t be heard by the Indiana Supreme Court. The Herald Bulletin reports the decision upholds Luis A. Ramirez’s conviction for sexual misconduct with minor and other charges after he videotaped an encounter with a Pendleton Heights High School student in 2013. A jury found Ramirez guilty. He was sentenced to four years in prison and is due to be released in July.
