Muncie police arrested an intoxicated man who went out of control and attacked the cop, damaged the cruiser and bashed his head while locked up in the back seat on the cage. 47-year-old Willian Stanard was arrested for battery on police, resisting and a host of other charges. The man had reportedly been in a fight about his wife with another man, and police were called.
