Police arrested four people on drug and weapons charges in Hartford City. Charlotte Kellogg, Kyle Stephen and Marquel Randall are charged with robbery and battery of a man on Jan. 14th at a home on West Kickapoo Street. That victim is also charged with firing gunshots at Kellogg. Police say the man, Layne Mahon, believed the woman set him up to be robbed. He’s now charged with criminal recklessness. His trial is May 10th. The others will be in court April 26th.
