Police have arrested a man for allegedly breaking his wife’s wrist during an argument. The man is William England, being held in the Delaware County jail. He’s facing domestic battery and interference with the reporting of a crime. His bond set at $7,500. His wife decided to press charges after x-rays showed her wrist was broken.
