Muncie man with battery conviction arrested for hitting wife
Police arrested a Muncie man for hitting his wife after a witness recorded the attack on her cell phone. 35-year-old Jason Carter was arrested Friday for domestic battery. He has a previous battery conviction and two DUI’s.
