On this Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, Ball State has a series of events open to the public, including the MLK Speaker Series. This week, Benjamin Jealous, former NAACP president and CEO, will speak about “The Forgotten Origins and Consequences of Race in America.” That’s Wednesday at Ball State at 7:30 p.m. An MLK Memorial concert is Thursday in Sursa Hall at 7:30 p.m. For more, check at Ball State.
