Police arrested a 26-year-old Muncie dad after he forced his way in to his son’s home, took the mother’s cell phone and key, and left in her vehicle. The boy was found in the car with Jeffrey Minnick, Jr. where he was found with no coat, shoes or socks in the 10 degree weather. Minnick was arrested for DUI and is being held in Delaware County jail with a $10K bond, and also charged with neglect and driving while suspended.
