In Yorktown, Fire Chief David Boone says the fire at the former location of El Rancho Poblano on West Smith Street was intentionally set. The State Fire Marshal’s office continues to investigate, and says there were no utilities connected to the building at the time of the fire. The fire department is offering up to a $5000 cash reward for anyone with information about the fire.
