INDOT and the Anderson Board of Public Works have come to an agreement on access from 27th Street to Scatterfield Road – a part of the Purdue Polytechnic Institute project. Anderson has reconfigured 27th Street through the former General Motors property between Scatterfield Road and Monroe Street to the east.
