A Grant County man was killed Wednesday in a Blackford County traffic accident. The Star Press reports 83 year old Leonard D. Scheidt was pronounced dead at the scene of the two-vehicle crash, at Blackford County roads 100 North (also known as Park Avenue) and 100 West. Initial indications were that speed was a factor in the crash.
