A Muncie man has been accused of attacking an acquaintance who lives at a local nursing home, allegedly using a metal walker to strike the other man in the head. According to the Star Press, 67 year old Danny Joe Taylor, was arrested Friday on preliminary counts of battery with a deadly weapon, battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and strangulation.
