A Muncie man was arrested Thursday after a confidential source reportedly led Muncie police to witness a reported drug transaction outside a local hotel. According to court documents filed on Friday in Delaware County, 32-year-old Aaron Sneed was preliminarily charged with possessing and dealing cocaine and obstruction of justice.
