A Hartford City man awaiting trial on rape allegations was taken into custody Thursday by U.S. marshals in Michigan. The Star Press reports 29 year old Anthony Romano was apprehended in Michigan a day after he allegedly removed an ankle monitor, tied to his July placement on electronic home detention, and fled from Blackford County.
