A Muncie woman and a Delaware County inmate now face felony charges after allegedly trafficking drugs into the local jail. CBS4 reports Meranda York, 34, and Beau Cleary, 36, have both been charged in Delaware County with two counts of trafficking with an inmate, a level 5 felony. York also faces an additional controlled substance possession charge.
