A Madison County precinct committeeman has been arrested by Indiana State Police for alleged theft of ballots after an incident earlier this month. WTHR reports Larry Savage was charged Oct. 28 with felony destroying or misplacing a ballot and misdemeanor theft The incident occurred during a public test of the ballot card voting system at the Madison County Government Center on Oct. 3.
