The Indiana Supreme Court has declined to further consider an appeal pursued by a Muncie man convicted of providing the heroin that led to another local resident’s overdose death. According to the Star Press, 50 year old Derrick W. Clark was found guilty of dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death, and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
