As first reported by WMUN News Radio on WoofBoomNews.com over the weekend, in a special meeting of the Delaware Advancement Corp., the group voted to terminate Joann McKinney’s employment as the leader of the Horizon Convention Center. In a statement from Board President Rob Keisling, he called the Board, “…an apolitical organization.” He continued, “The decision was reached with a vote of 7 in favor, 4 against, and one abstention. As with all personnel matters, this issue is handled with the highest level of privacy and confidentiality.” An Interim Leader “will be announced next week,” according to Keisling.
They want to be the next District 1 Delaware County Commissioner, and were asked by the audience about their plan for solar and wind energy developments – Democrat Ashley Wright….
