A bid to remove Judge Kimberly Dowling from the case of convicted killer Matthew Stidham, who’s pursuing an early release from prison has failed. Delaware County Prosecutor Eric Hoffman on Oct. 3 filed the motion seeking Dowling’s ouster from the case based on the judge not promptly disposing of the court’s business.
