A Redkey man is accused of abducting and battering his former girlfriend. According to the Star Press, 45 year old Gary Lee Hines faces charges in Randolph Circuit Court that include kidnapping, confinement and battery, all resulting in serious bodily injury. The two most serious charges are Level 3 felonies carrying maximum 16-year sentences.
