A New Castle woman is accused of ingesting meth before causing a crash that seriously injured another driver.
According to the Star Press, 44 year old Heather Sue Brown is charged with driving while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury, following an accident September 23rd when her vehicle hit another head on along Eighth and Vine streets.
