A Muncie woman has been accused of pulling a local man with cerebral palsy out of his wheelchair and then stealing his cellphone and cash. 41 year old Loni Renae Fleming is charged with robbery resulting in bodily injury, theft, dealing in marijuana and battery resulting in bodily injury, reports the Star Press for the incident that happened August 29th.
