A guilty plea from a woman charged in connection with the death eight years ago of her 4 month old daughter. 34 year old Tricia Kay Cavanaugh reached an agreement with the Delaware County prosecutor’s office to plead guilty to neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury, a Level 3 felony with a maximum 16-year sentence.
