An Indianapolis man with a history of robbery-related convictions has been arrested in a Friday holdup at a Muncie check cashing business. According to the Star Press, 36 year old James Howard Johnson III, was being held without bond in the Delaware County Jail on Saturday, preliminarily charged with armed robbery, pointing a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
