When the head of a doll tied to a trailer hitch on a vehicle obscured some of the license plate numbers, police pulled over the pick up near Yale Avenue and Broadway early Thursday morning. A K-9 officer on the scene alerted to drugs and officers found pot and meth in the truck. 36 year old Timothy Scott Marcum is now facing charges.
