A corrections officer at the Delaware County Jail has been arrested after she reportedly admitted providing a cell phone and controlled substances to inmates. The Star Press reports 41 year old Angela Nedra Dildy was taken into custody on Monday on preliminary counts of trafficking with an inmate and official misconduct. The investigation leading to the arrest followed the discovery on Saturday of “a cell phone along with narcotics inside a restricted area of the jail.”
