Wednesday is the deadline for the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office to file charges against an Anderson man arrested on a preliminary charge of murdering his wife. According to the Herald Bulletin, 47 year old Jeremy J. Hinson, was arrested last week in the death of his spouse who was found dead in a cemetery.
