A Muncie woman has been accused of providing meth to fellow inmates in the Blackford County Jail. According to the Star Press, 51 year old Dawn Jeanette Castor was charged Monday in Blackford Circuit Court with dealing in meth, possession of meth and trafficking with an inmate. Staff at the jail determined meth was being circulated in a cell block holding female prisoners.
