A Muncie man is accused of providing a local woman with the cocaine that led to her fatal overdose. The Star Press reports 42 year old James Willie “Turk” Williams was arrested on a count of dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death, a Level 1 felony carrying up to 40 years in prison in connection with the May 8, 2023 death of a 26-year-old Muncie woman.
