Prosecutors allege a Jay County man drank 12 to 18 beers before he drove a utility task vehicle that his father-in-law fell out of, suffering a fatal head injury. According to the Star Press, 49 year old Terry David Emerick of Pennville, was charged after his father in law fell out of the truck Emerick was driving back in May. He died a day later of his injuries.
