Continuing maintenance issues at Westvale Manor have authorities looking to upgrade the facility. According to the Herald Bulletin, Anderson Housing Authority officials say that the apartment complex has ongoing maintenance issues. A recent water leak almost resulted in the closure of a building containing eight housing units.
