An accuser has recanted her story, resulting in burglary and battery charges against a Muncie man being dismissed. 46 year old Dallas White was charged in April with burglary with a deadly weapon and battery with a deadly weapon following an encounter a woman claimed she had with him in her apartment on Muncie’s northwest side on April 15. The woman later admitted she wasn’t truthful and no crime took place.
