Anderson Police continue looking for a woman who may have been involved in a shooting recently on Arrow Avenue. According to WIBC, officers say they need help finding 20-year-old Rosey Smith, who allegedly fired shots nto a building. She is now facing charges for Criminal Recklessness and Resisting Law Enforcement.
