Last February, two individuals were shot in the 1200 Blk of Madison Avenue, Anderson. APD investigators say they later developed probable cause for 29 year old Shawn Robert Gardner, for Attempted Murder, aggravated battery, and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Yesterday, police located Gardner on West 10th Street. After a brief standoff, he was taken into custody and booked into the Madison County Jail.
