A murderer out on parole is now a suspect in a knife attack on a woman at a Muncie apartment complex. It happened on North Marleon Drive April 16th, when cops said a woman was returning home and had just walked through her apartment door when Dallas White confronted her. She said he was holding her kitchen knife and closed the apartment door — locking her boyfriend outside. WTHR was able to learn White was found guilty of murder in 1997, sentenced to 55 years and served 27 before being released on parole, but did not specify where the parole happened. White was arrested for burglary and battery with a deadly weapon.
