A Muncie man pleaded guilty to participating in the events that led to a Hartford City teenager’s overdose death. According to the Star Press, 23 year old Chance A. Herbert pleaded guilty to dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death. Herbert was accused of selling oxycodone to an 18-year-old Hartford City woman who died of an overdose in June 2021.
